Najm al-Saltanah, ‘Izzat al-Saltanah, and the heirs of Jahandar Mirza have given their shares of the repair cost, and the author is paying the repair cost of the endowment. Sayyid Yahya Adib al-Shu‘ara’ to ‘Abd al-Husayn Mirza Farmanfarma, 1890
Haji Sayyid Yahya Adib al-Shu‘ara’ (from Tabriz)'s petition discusses the pension of Mulla Yahya and ʻAbd Allah Bayg, the hardships the author went through during his pilgrimage to Mecca, and the delay in paying one-third of Mulla Yahya's belongings to his inheritors. This delay was caused by the heir of Haji Muhammad Baqir who is the Kadkhuda (village chief) of a village, which is owned by Surur al-Saltanah. Letter to ‘Abd al-Husayn Mirza Farmanfarma
After different tests and seeing several doctors, it has been determined that Nasr al-Dawlah's illness is mental. The doctors' diagnosis are to keep him in psychiatric care for a period of time; if Nasr al-Dawlah is not hospitalized, he may attempt to commit suicide or murder others. Two conditions are required in French law to accept someone into psychiatric care: one is a doctor's diagnosis and the other is permission from a family member of the patient and a description of the difficulties.

Letter from Arfaʻ al-Dawlah to ‘Abd al-Husayn Mirza Farmanfarma, 1907
About the arrival of Hazrat-i ʻUlya and Nasir al-Din Mirza to Istanbul, sending an official carriage from the Sultan to the train station and the presence of Iranian merchants to welcome them, staying at the embassy for a few days to prepare for their pilgrimage to Mecca, and sending telegrams by the writer to different places to get ready to welcome Hazrat-i ʻUlya and Nasir al-Din Mirza on their way to Mecca

Surur al-Saltanah has recommended her sister, Najm al-Saltanah, not hesitate about getting the fabric and making the deal in Tehran. She also mentions Muhammad Musaddiq is still young, so not to take his words seriously about this business.
